You are called upon to act and stop planning and revisiting your plans because you consume grey matter and energy without being able to recuperate. There might be a change in your daily flow which stems from a change at your work schedule or your decision to make your life more compatible to the needs of your body. It could be a good occasion to stop operating in a way which always results in routine. Try and make small changes in your daily programme, try to shuffle the cards at work, and try to add some activities to your day which will awaken your body. Only then will you stop thinking of somebody or having thoughts which have managed to encage you in a pattern with no way out. It is not the right moment to look at the future. You need to focus on today as it might change your perspective about tomorrow in a simpler way than you expected.
