It seems that the New Moon on July, 4 at 13 degrees Cancer in conjunction with Mercury, in opposition to Pluto in Capricorn, in trine with Neptune in Pisces and quincunx with Saturn in Sagittarius affects intensely the beginnings of cardinal signs/ascendants (Aries/Libra, Cancer/Capricorn) born mainly on the second decanate.   What will be said may not be relevant to the new beginning but must be heard otherwise you will not be able to look towards the direction you are called upon to take. The perception that the longer you stay in a place, the more you sink and you are absorbed by the environment may scare you. You may try to act completely instinctively but this does not mean that you are in charge of your moves.
