You need to cope with plans about your future and see things from another perspective in order to organise tomorrow. At the same time, though, your heart seems to be stuck in today, if not tomorrow, and you try to pump it so as to overcome its trauma. If you suffer the consequences for a rule you broke, try and be less introvert and be brave about the consequences. There is no harm in admitting that you are in pain.
