You need not cover up your differences, soften your conflicts but you must be brave to call a spade a spade. The postponement of a trip may upset you but you may realise that you seek for new ways of recreation. Your participation in a professional team is not a given anymore because you may seek for new professional experiences. Towards the end of the month, you must understand that you leave behind people because you want to move on and these particular people do not seem to be willing to hold your hand on this new route.
