Immediate confrontation of the obstacles is not recommended because you might not be completely prepared for something like this or you might have not precisely estimated your opponent’s dynamic or the battle prize. On the other hand, you have the opportunity to retire from your daily routine even if this is due to health reasons. It gives you the necessary space and time to be with yourself or to notice people you were used to having you around from some distance.
