Perhaps balances are difficult in relationships which are put to the test. Perhaps you decide to take your own unique course and leave by the wayside people who believe you are on the same team because you wish to make yourself out. If you decide to follow their rhythm, you will likely have to invest time in routine so as to resolve conflicts which make you lose your sleep. If you do so, though, make sure you prove you are willing to obey your superiors and not be the voice of criticism and reaction.
