You will have to make interventions regarding your role which perhaps means that the other side is expected to react. Perhaps you experience the first difficult situations of a new relationship and you recognise that there are areas in need of improvement. You cannot proceed with drastic changes, though, because resistance is huge. On the professional level, you will be called upon to discover any difficult balances so as to have more spare time to yourself.
