If it is your colleague or boss the one who leads off and it is related to your remuneration, then take part in the role plays by raising the intensity of your phrases even through sentences that shock the other side. Keep in mind though, that some people from your past may be monitoring your reaction as they want to take advantage of the circumstances and approach you anew. If this means that a third person is involved in your relationship or that you receive an offer to return to a work environment from which you are absent for some months now, it is something you should examine and respond in the next month.
