You need to tune down the tension in your life which might come true through a trip to a place that relaxes you or through an acquaintance with somebody who seems to be very close to your expectations and wishes. Following a tense period at professional or financial level - this does not mean that the storm abated - you can understand he need for a change in your mentality and behaviour, and see things from a different perspective. If this means that you hand over tasks and responsibilities to third parties, you had better talk about your decision and not only keep behaving like you used to.
