If you are under pressure at work or in your relationship, you may use the first opportunity for an escape nearby that will help you empty out your mind from familiar and unpleasant sounds. If you feel choked up at work, then you may speak out loud to someone who can understand you but it is not certain that they will keep what you say in the dark. You may want to show your reaction to friends and as a result, you start speaking with the fear that you become rather critical, and the other side cannot easily digest your words. This week, you set the pace or you must handle how fast some situations evolve. You realise at some point though, that you run out of endurance or that you have gone beyond the limits that are now hard to set time and again.
