You may bring to surface words and phrases which prove you are secretly disappointed and quite judgemental with people who wish to be perfect, to be at the helm and to maintain an image that nobody doubts. You may be very tired, physically as well as mentally, and as a result you desperately need holidays or a trip somewhere nearby that could change the balance in your interpersonal relationships. What you must really do though is to get rid of toxic people and to alienate voices and people who seem to operate like black holes in your life. Even if these people are your relatives, do not hesitate to speak openly. Remember though that you may exaggerate and outrun yourself verbally.
